Busy Week

My dad came up this past Wednesday to do some yard work and also to drive us to doctor appointments since I wasn't allowed to drive for 2 weeks. Steve and his parents cut down some trees awhile ago, but left the stumps and for those of you that know my dad you know how particular he is about his lawn. I think the stumps were driving him nuts. So that's what he did this past week. Here are some pictures of him watching his "big" project burn up.

My sister Patti, Linzy, Ashleigh, & PJ came up last weekend and PJ gave Landen his old drum set. I think Steve is having more fun with it than Landen.

Landen is adjusting very well so far. He LOVES to kiss his brothers and always has to give them 2 kisses each. He also asks to hold them a lot.

Since they both had their eyes open my mom and I tried to get some cute pictures, but didn't do that good of a job. Brayden is on the left and Brody on the right.

All 3 boys had a doctor's appointment today. Landen had his 2 year check-up. The doctor couldn't believe how well he was talking and also how well he behaved. She couldn't believe he was the same kid that she saw in the hospital when the twins were born because he was wild. A lab technician came in to get a blood sample to see if he is still anemic and Landen didn't even cry. He laid down, put his arm out, and watched the blood go out. His measurements are Height - 35 5/8 " 85th percentile; Weight 29 lbs 10.4 ozs 75 percentile; Head 48.5 cm 45th percentile.

The twins had their 2 week check-up. The biggest concern we had for them was their weight. We wanted both of them to gain, but really wanted Brayden to gain since he didn't gain at the last appointment. Thankfully they surpassed the doctor's expectations. Brody's stats are as follows: Height 19 1/2", Weight 7 lbs 8 oz, Head 35.5 cm. Brayden's stats are as follows: Height 20 3/4", Weight 8 lbs 12.8 ozs, Head 36.5 cm.
