The Daigneau's: B & B are 21 Months Old!

Brody & Brayden are 21 months old now and continue to brighten our lives on an almost daily basis...just kidding - of course they brighten our lives each and every day! Brody continues to be our little mischevious one to say the least. He thinks of things that Landen never did at this age and Brayden would never think of either. We are constantly on our toes that is for sure! One day I was getting Landen ready for the day and came out into the kitchen and noticed the sliding glass doors were open! Needless to say Brody was already off and running in the grass and Brayden was just a few steps behind! Once when I forgot to lock the door Brody & Brayden made it outside again, and of course Brody stepped in dog poop - barefoot! We call him "Little Punch", after my uncle, and Brayden, "Little Jamesy" after my dad. Apparently when my dad and uncle were growing up everybody could hear my dad crying all over Rapid River because my uncle was mean to him, and this is the same with Brody & Brayden. Brayden has it very easy to cry and he doesn't just whimper - it is a full blown cry. He is starting to hold his own now so that is good! They still aren't talking much. Brody says, "Daddy", "Play ball", "Momma", & "No". Sometime he even shakes his finger and says, "no, no, no." Brayden says "Go", "Ball", "Cheese" & "Boo-Boo". They also say "stuck" when they can't get out of a chair or can't get to a particular toy. Brody and Brayden continue to babble up a storm and can carry on a conversation with each other which is CUTE! Brody is catching up to Brayden in the tooth department but still only has 4 on the bottom. He is also the best eater out of all of our boys. Brayden won't eat any vegetables and the only fruit he eats is bananas. Brody LOVES all fruit and most vegetables. They are still in love with Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Dora, & Diego. If I need time to make supper or do some cleaning I can put one of these shows on and do what I need to do.
