Fun Week!

This week was a fun & busy one. Grandma & Grandpa Johnston came up on Saturday and stayed a whole week! Steve also took the week off to get some much needed projects done around the house. Sunday was beautiful and we spent most of the day outside. In fact Landen fell asleep in a chair outside. However, one project turned into being a very time consuming one. When Steve hooked the hose up in the back of the house water leaked down the siding. Wally thought that they could cut through the siding and repair the pipe, but they actually had to cut a hole in the wall in the downstairs bedroom to get to the pipe. Needless to say that was our Sunday project. On Monday we all went to Hancock to my ultrasound where we found out we are having twin boys. On Tuesday Steve and Landen picked me up from school and we headed to MTU to the circus. Landen was really good, but the 1st half was really boring so we left at intermission. However, before we left we got our picture taken with a bear, yes, a real bear and Landen went for a pony ride. He wasn't too sure about the pony ride at first but he ended up LOVING it!

We ordered Landen a swing set and that arrived on Tuesday so when I got home from school on Wednesday it was assembled in front of the garage. I gave Grandma and Daddy strict orders that Landen was not to go on it until I got home so here are some picture of Landen and Violet swinging for the 1st time. No, this is not where the swing set is going to stay. Steve and Wally moved it to the back yard, but you'll have to wait to see a "final" picture because we are waiting for the wood chips to be delivered this week. Whenever we go outside Landen wants to go play on it. I'm sure we'll be getting a lot of use out of it in the years to come!
